Homed by Melbourne’s award-winning Boatrocker Brewing Co., the Boatrocker Barrel Room is now open to beer connoisseurs across Victoria and visitors from around the world seeking out an all-encompassing tasting experience inside the microbrewery. Located over the road from the original Braeside brewery, a spacious warehouse has been converted to a 300-barrel maturation facility and bar, expanding to provide delectable tapas plates designed to match the subtleties of each beer. An in-house smoker ensures ribs are of mouth-watering taste; sticky, sweet and aromatic with smoky tones, while cheeses are hand-selected for antipasto plates to pair with icy beverages. A selection of up to 15 beers are available on tap and at times, interchanged with local guest beers and international favourites.
