An original Bendalong cottage located central to beaches, boat ramp and beautiful Washerwoman beach.This house is conveniently located close to Bendalong Shop and Cafe along with Inyadda and Washerwomans beaches. Bendalong is a 30 minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centers, cinemas, pubs and clubs. At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment. Enjoy a holiday like you remember them from your childhood at this original cottage. Large undercover BBQ area with outdoor tables and chairs, wall mounted TV to watch the footy and slow combustion fire (only one bag supplied of firewood) The two bedrooms in the main house have a queen and two double beds along with the kitchen and bathroom which has undergone a recent update. Second toilet in main house also. An additional two bedrooms with tvs, have a queen bed in each and these are accessed by walking across the undercover entertaining area which is great on those wet and well as hot summer days. Bed linen and towels provided. Laundry is also in one of rooms with a washing machine. Plenty of parking for the boat off road. Outdoor shower hot and cold water. Strictly no smoking inside.
