Take Time is a basic, older style, yet large and affordable beach house that sleeps up to 14 people. Please book it as such, with the photos accurately depicting the house and its furnishings. It has a fully self contained flat downstairs that is rented with the rest of the house. Take Time is suitable for a large family gathering or a group who wants a casual, comfortable and well priced beach house.

Take Time is not a party house and has nearby neighbours who understandably want all noise kept to a minimum and taken inside by 10pm. Please do not book this property if you are unable to abide by these requests. Take Time is best suited to families or a respectful group of friends.

Take Time is situated at the southern end of Hyams in relaxing bush surrounds. It is only a 300 metre walk to the main beach at Hyams, and an easy walk to the Cafe.
How is the property laid out?
This large family home has six bedrooms - three upstairs and one downstairs (accessed via a spiral staircase), and two additional bedrooms in a downstairs flat with separate access. The main house also has a kids games room equipped with a fusball machine. The upstairs living area is expansive and the kitchen has modern appliances. The home has two bathrooms - one for upstairs and one for downstairs, plus an internal laundry.
Take Time at Hyams Beach is located in Hyams Beach, just a 4-minute walk from Hyams Beach and 1.2 miles from Greenfield Beach. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking, and free Wifi. Blenheim Beach is 1.8 miles from the vacation home.
